Diverepublic together with SIKAT, Inc. (an NGO supporting fisherfolks and coastal communities) is going "green" with their project to revive Zambales' marine ecosystem. Putting up a sanctuary can conserve and protect fish and other underwater resources. The fish sanctuaries serve as feeding and breeding grounds for various marine species, and other endangered marine life. Outside of the sanctuary, fishing activities continue so as not to deprive coastal communities of their continuous source of livelihood.
